Junior Purchaser

We are now looking for a Junior Purchaser to strengthen the Purchase team in Jyväskylä, Finland.

As a purchaser at TGR-WRT, you will work together with our external suppliers and internal stakeholders on a daily basis to assure a smooth product flow and continuity. Success in this position requires motivation towards international procurement as well as readiness for product development or project-type work. We value a solution-oriented approach and good negotiation and co-operating skills.

Your tasks:

• Daily communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Placing purchase orders
• Purchase order and delivery follow-up
• Inventory management and requirement planning
• Item management
• Invoice inspection
• Tendering

Who we are looking for

• Education from technical / commercial field
• Experience in international purchasing/logistics
• Good interaction and teamwork skills
• Good negotiation skills

• Strong English skills
• Experience of working under pressure
• Outgoing personality
• Experience of ERP (Microsoft Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics) and PDM systems is seen as an advantage
