Pulp, Energy and Circularity Services is looking for a Manager, Field Service and Agreement Management. In this role you will be leading our field service and agreement process governance and drive strategic development to support our global services business areas to secure customer satisfaction and business growth.
We are looking for an experienced field service leader, with solid track record of successful execution of development projects (process and tools), competence development and transformation.
You will lead a team of field service & agreement development professionals, lead our field service and agreement development teams globally and work closely with our Area Service operations as well as other stakeholders. This role requires active collaboration and networking in our organization across teams.
In this role, your main responsibilities are

Lead, manage and develop the own team to secure agreed development projects and tasks, to support Areas to a successful delivery of field services and agreements, contributing to lifecycle services growth and increased profitability

Own global process governance for field service and agreement processes, incl IT tools.

Lead strategic developments for field service and agreements, e.g. maintenance projects, shutdown management, warranty management processes.

Active collaboration with Areas to drive continuous improvement and competence development, e.g. coordination of field service certificate trainings

Active collaboration with other key stakeholders to define efficient interfaces, e.g. global supply, project management, engineering

Execution of strategic development initiatives and projects, e.g. AI developments and new field service mobile application

Develop performance reporting to support decision making

Monitor and secure effective & lean execution of FSE & Agreements business in Areas
You will be an active member of our operational excellence team and report to Director, Services operational excellence. Location can be any of our major PEC Service location.
Requirements
You are a positive-minded professional with excellent communication and collaboration skills. You bring a proactive, can-do attitude and work effectively with stakeholders across our business Areas and functions, as well as independently. You are confident in making decisions and taking ownership of your responsibilities.
To be successful in this role you will also have:

10+ experience from lifecycle services execution or similar, e.g. field service, maintenance, inspections, shutdown management, customer site work, installation & commissioning, project management

People leadership skills with a track record of achieving results independently and collaboratively in an international matrix organization.

Strong track record of successful execution of change management, transformation projects and competence development, experience from digitalization, IT tool development and AI developments are seen as an advantage

Knowledge of process development tools and operational excellence, e.g. lean

Strong track record of successful execution of change management, transformation projects and competence development, experience from digitalization, IT tool development and AI developments are seen as an advantage

Excellent project management skills.

Knowledge of Pulp and Energy customer needs and business requirements is a key advantage

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field is required.
