We are now looking for Product Owner, Controlling to our team in Espoo, Finland.
As Product Owner, you will play a key role in KONE's end-to-end projects, driving the design and development of controlling solutions in SAP across our global business. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into robust, scalable solutions that support KONE's complex, international operations. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of our global finance and controlling processes, ensuring alignment with KONE's strategic goals.
You will also be a core member of the team leading KONE's SAP S/4HANA transformation, contributing to the modernization and harmonization of our finance and controlling landscape on a global scale.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the end-to-end owner for controlling solution development, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are met across all project phases.
- Lead business requirement analysis with stakeholders from multiple countries and business units, prioritizing needs for upcoming releases.
- Manage communication with global business stakeholders regarding ongoing developments.
- Participate in the creation of the Solution Roadmap, ensuring it reflects the needs of KONE's complex, multinational business.
- Review, estimate, and design solutions for business requirements, approving designs created by others as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive solution documentation and ensure compliance with KONE Way and IT architectural principles.
- Own the design and development of controlling and costing solutions, including responsibility for the physical data model.
- Steer and participate in global development projects and continuous improvement initiatives, maximizing the use of standard SAP functionalities.
- Guide application support teams to resolve complex issues and support business processes globally.
Requirements for the role
- University degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, controlling, and IT, ideally in a global company.
- Deep expertise in SAP technologies, especially in finance and controlling, product costing, and inventory accounting.
- Strong understanding of finance, controlling and supply chain business processes in a multinational context.
- Excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive decisions across cultures and geographies.
- Experience working in international, distributed teams and embracing cultural diversity.
- Fluency in English.
