As Nordec's project portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for experienced Site Managers to lead installation works on demanding projects in Finland and across Northern Europe.
This is an opportunity for an experienced site professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with people leadership, customer collaboration and hands-on project execution. In this role, you will be at the heart of project delivery, ensuring that installation activities are completed safely, efficiently and according to agreed quality and schedule targets.
As a Site Manager, you will act as one of Nordec's key representatives on site. You will lead installation teams and subcontractors, coordinate daily site operations and work closely with customers, project management and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

To succeed in the role, you have:

Several years of experience in site management, project management or a comparable leadership position within construction

Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders in demanding project environments

Strong understanding of construction processes, site operations and safety requirements
- Experience of cost control and budgeting

Experience from large industrial projects, data centers or other technically demanding construction projects is considered an advantage

Fluent English language skills, language skills in Finnish and/or Swedish are considered an advantage

A proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to travel according to project requirements.
