As a Strategic Analyst Trainee, you'll be working with:
- Market modeling: Update and refine our long-term market model and its logic, modeling complex competition and market dynamics, and projections.
- Strategic analysis support: Be actively involved in long-term strategic planning and assist the strategy team with critical analyses.
- Data-driven insights: Find and process relevant internal and external data, conduct scenario analysis, and present results with clear data visualization and qualitative written analysis.
We Are Looking for:
- 3+ years of academic studies in technology, mathematics, or business/economics.
- Have advanced Excel proficiency and a solid understanding of data logic and model structuring.
- Able to identify meaningful insights from large amounts of information and visualize them clearly in a compelling, presentation-ready format
- A strong interest in strategic planning, quantitative analysis, and statistical modeling.
- A proactive, solution-oriented thinker with a knack for "out-of-the-box" ideas and the ability to quickly apply new information.
- Are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects to meet deadlines.
- Have excellent spoken and written English and Finnish language skills.
- Experience with large datasets, data analysis, building models, or basic statistical tools like PowerBI, Python, and R is seen as a benefit.

Practicalities
This is a fixed-term internship position from April 2026 until the end of August 2026. The role offers the possibility to work part-time in the spring, but we expect you to work full-time during the summer. The location for the position is our headquarters in Tampere. We value in-person collaboration and, therefore, weekly presence at HQ in Tampere is required.
The compensation for the role is based on our trainee salary, which ranges from 2250€ to 2800€ per month for a full-time contract. The final compensation depends on the achieved study credits.
