Tiivistelmä työpaikkailmoituksesta:
- Työsuhde on kokoaikainen määräaikainen (4 kk) ja työskentely tapahtuu Barona Teollisuus Oy:n kautta Bluefors Oy:n Helsingin työpajalla, 40 tuntia viikossa päivävuorossa alkaen viimeistään marraskuun alussa.
- Tehtäviisi kuuluu saapuvien materiaalien vastaanotto, tarkastus ja varastointi sekä materiaalien leikkaus mitoilla ja työpajan järjestyksen ylläpito.
- Työssä käsitellään kuparia, alumiinia, messinkiä, ruostumatonta terästä (AISI 316) ja POM-muovia sekä osia halkaisijaltaan 12–360 mm, ja leikkausohjeet luetaan ERP-järjestelmästä.
- Vaatimuksina ovat ammatillinen tutkinto, noin 6 kuukauden työkokemus, suomen ja englannin kielen taito sekä hyvät käytännön taidot ja halu oppia, ja täysi perehdytys tarjotaan.

Bluefors Oy is a Finnish technology company and a global leader in cryogenic measurement systems used in quantum computing research. Their Helsinki workshop is where precision materials meet cutting-edge science — and they need someone like you to keep it running.
As a Workshop Assistant, you'll handle real materials — copper, aluminium, brass, stainless steel — and cut them to exact measurements using modern ERP systems. Full training is provided, so you don't need prior experience to get started.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position (4 months) with day shifts and a 40-hour work week. It's a great entry point into industrial work at a company that genuinely stands out.
YOUR TASKS
You'll be working as a Workshop Assistant at Bluefors Oy's Helsinki facility, employed through Barona Teollisuus Oy. Your day-to-day work keeps the workshop stocked, organised, and running smoothly.
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming raw materials
- Cutting materials — copper, stainless steel (AISI 316), brass, aluminium, and POM plastic — to specified dimensions using workshop tools
- Reading and following cutting instructions from the ERP system
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Keeping the workshop tidy and organised
- Handling parts ranging from 12 mm to 360 mm in diameter
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to follow precise technical instructions carefully and accurately
- Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for your tasks
- Good practical hands-on skills
- Willingness to learn — full training is provided
NICE TO HAVE
- Previous experience in a warehouse or industrial environment
- Forklift licence (trukkikortti)
- Familiarity with ERP systems or similar tools
You will be employed with Barona Teollisuus Oy for 4 month fixed-term employment contract. The work starts as agreed, no later than in the beginning of November. This is full-time position from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week in a day shift.
