As part of our continued growth, we are now looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki.
About the Role
As an Account Manager at Sharp, you will be responsible for driving revenue by developing and expanding a portfolio of existing customers. Your core focus is to understand each customer’s business, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate those insights into tailored, value-driven solutions.
You will work in a consultative, solution-oriented way—engaging with decision-makers, uncovering needs, and guiding customers through more complex offerings across IT, workplace, and digital solutions.
This role involves a mix of account development, solution selling, and stakeholder management, where success comes from building long-term partnerships rather than short-term transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers and actively drive growth within those accounts
- Identify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs, challenges, and strategic priorities
- Lead customer dialogues translating technical offerings into clear business value
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact and needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., IT, AV, services) to design and deliver tailored customer solutions
- Maintain a structured pipeline and sales activity in CRM (SuperOffice)
- Continuously develop your understanding of Sharp’s offering and the broader technology landscape
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Has experience in B2B sales, ideally within solution selling
- Is comfortable discussing end-to-end offerings and business value
- Has experience working with CRM systems
- Is structured, driven, and customer-focused
- Has a natural ability to build relationships and trust
- Is fluent in Finnish and English
It’s a Strong Advantage If You Also Have:
- Experience from the tech, IT, or digital solutions industry
- Knowledge of areas such as document solutions, AV, AI networking, or cloud services
- Familiarity with leasing or financing solutions
