Analytic Technician

Job Title: Analytic TechnicianLocation: Keltakalliontie 27, KotkaDepartment: Quality Control / AssurancePosition Overview:We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Analytic Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting daily quality inspections, monitoring quality control processes, and reporting results in accordance with company policies and management systems. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of product quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods, reporting results promptly.Manage laboratory equipment, schedule calibrations, and maintain a clean, organized workspace (6S).Accurately document all test results and maintain quality records.Identify, track, and manage non-conforming products.Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.Requirements & Qualifications:Experience in a quality control role within the chemical manufacturing industry.Experience & knowledge of production processes, lab testing methods, and quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001) within a battery materials production plant, preferably from a cathode active material production plant.Strong analytical skills to identify data anomalies and solve problems.Good communication skills and a collaborative team player.Strong English and Chinese skills are needed to coordinate with the supervisors and read equipment instructions. Finnish language skills are considered as a plus.Associate / Vocational degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.If you are interested, please leave your application by March 20th.
