You’ll take responsibility for aftermarket sales across Finland and Scandinavia, working with a strong brand and high-quality products in a truly international environment.
Your key responsibilities:
- Growing aftermarket and upgrade sales across your territory
- Developing long-term relationships with distributors, OEMs and end customers
- Leading and supporting distributor and dealer networks to improve market coverage and performance
- Identifying new business opportunities and analysing new prospects and business opportunities in key segments
- Translating commercial strategy into clear actions, programs and measurable results
As the owner of your territory, you balance hands-on execution with a clear commercial direction ensuring results show in sustained sales growth, satisfied customers and long-term partnerships.
What we’re looking for:
- Solid experience in B2B sales, preferably in off-highway equipment or automotive aftermarket
- Strong technical understanding of heavy-duty vehicle aftermarket and customer needs
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets and building profitable business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-directed and customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel across the region (approx. 100 days/year)
- Fluency in Finnish, Swedish and English
