ARTXP B2B Sales Manager

This role begins as an independent contractor position with a compensation structure based on commission. Successful candidates may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time paid role with equity and commission-based components, subject to interview-based criteria. Income potential is substantial, with a minimum commission potential of DKK40,000 per month in the first month, and earnings can increase based on performance.

Background & Position

We are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Manager to join our team and drive ARTXP's B2B sales growth to new heights. If you are a go-getter eager to seize opportunities, keep on reading.

Who You Are (Requirements)

  • You have a high motivation, grit, perseverance, and ambition to perform against targets.

  • You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage your time.

  • You have at least two years of B2B Sales experience.

  • You are naturally curious and care about solving the problems of your customers.

  • You love to win new customers for a service that provides real value.

  • You are a forward thinker looking for the opportunity to learn and grow.

  • You have great communication skills, written as well as verbal.

  • You enjoy cold outreach (cold calls and email) and getting prospects excited.

  • You have strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • You have familiarity with marketing, either through work experience or collaboration with marketing teams.

  • You have previous success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • You speak fluent English and Danish

What The Job Involves (Responsibilities)

You will operate in Copenhagen, Denmark and potentially other European markets, e.g., London and Nordic countries.

  • Autonomously acquire new B2B customers and sell ARTXP's experiences.

  • Generate a sales pipeline, understand prospect needs, and engage with prospects through calls, emails, demos, and live events.

  • Take full ownership of the sales process, from initial contact to closing.

  • Prepare forecasts, strategic plans, and progress reports toward quantitative and qualitative targets.

  • Create supporting materials (e.g., one-pagers, presentations) to assist in selling ARTXP's experiences to prospects.

  • Collaborate with the founding team to develop and implement a strategic sales plan.

  • Proactively approach targeted B2B clients through various channels.

  • Search for and identify new client leads.

  • Identify new business and partnership opportunities to enhance B2B sales.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  • Negotiate and successfully close deals.

  • Maintain ongoing account management.
