Clients and Markets - Development Manager
Clients and Markets team drives the development of client relationships and sales at PwC Finland and consists of four capability teams: Sales & Business Development, Technology, Design & Proposal Hubs, and Events.
We are looking to strengthen our Sales & Business Development team with a fixed-term replacement to cover parental leave. The role starts at the beginning of 2026 and is expected to continue until spring 2027.
As a Markets Development Manager, you will identify, develop, and manage firm-wide initiatives and programs that enhance sales efficiency and empower our teams to perform at their best. Working closely with our business units, you will gain visibility in the firm-wide sales and client management that sits at the core of our strategy and plays a key role in enabling PwC's future growth.
As part of our Clients & Markets Team, you will be mainly responsible for:
- Drive high impact sales and business development projects together with Clients & Markets leadership and go-to-market stakeholders to accelerate growth
- Secure high-quality sales activity and best in class client relationship management
- Develop and deliver sales analytics, driving data quality, and generate actionable sales insights for the business.
- Proactively develop and promote the use of technology and AI in sales.
- Participate actively in competence development and training
- Supporting internal sales communication
What you'll need to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or a closely related role.
- Strong motivation to understand and develop a professional services business, combined with a genuine interest in improving internal processes and tools.
- Salesforce CRM expertise and experience in managing sales data.
- Ability to proactively manage and drive cross-functional development projects.
- Proven ability to work with a high degree of independence.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Finnish.
