This is a hands-on role combining business and sales development support, LinkedIn and content marketing, event coordination, customer follow-up, and commercial organization.
You will help us build a more consistent presence in the European market and make sure we cover our target customers in a structured way. Our customers are typically large logistics and retail operators with long decision cycles, many stakeholders, and in some cases public tender processes.
A key part of the role is strengthening our LinkedIn presence by planning topics, drafting posts, identifying relevant contacts, and helping us build awareness among decision-makers in our target segments.
Participate in customer meetings, events, and negotiations with the CCO and CEO, while organizing commercial work, tracking contacts, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting international sales consultants.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Keep an up-to-date view of our target customers across Europe, identify relevant decision-makers, and help CCO and CEO stay in regular and structured contact with customers and prospects.
- Support customer meetings, negotiations and ongoing account development by preparing background notes, contact lists and follow-up actions, and by participating in meetings and discussions together with CCO and CEO.
- Support a professional LinkedIn presence by planning posts, connecting with relevant people/companies, and turning customer insights and market learnings into clear content.
- Help keep our messaging clear and relevant for target audiences in parcel delivery and other segments.
- Plan and coordinate exhibitions/events: book meetings, prepare schedules, support arrangements, attend, and ensure follow-up.
- Coordinate international sales consultants by tracking activities, supporting messaging, and following up on actions.
- Manage CRM and sales data, supporting the CCO with coordination, preparation, and follow-up to free up customer-facing time.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who is structured, proactive, action-oriented and commercially minded, and who enjoys both communication work and practical coordination.
PREFERRED BACKGROUND
- Around 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience from business development, B2B marketing, sales support, commercial coordination, or a similar role in an international setting
- Good hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing, content planning and writing for business audiences
- Experience supporting long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders and international customer work
SKILLS AND QUALITIES
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Strong writing skills in English, with the ability to create clear, credible and engaging LinkedIn content and other business texts.
- Good sense of what kind of content is relevant for senior decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to keep many moving parts under control.
- Comfortable participating in customer meetings and exhibitions, and able to represent the company in a professional way together with senior colleagues.
- Comfortable working closely with senior leaders, able to work independently, and good at making sure things actually get done.
