As our lovely colleague has moved to a new position within the Communications team, we are now looking for a highly talented, experienced and motivated
COMMUNICATIONS PARTNER
to support the creation of a positive employee experience through impactful, clear, and timely communication in various Finnair units. In this role, you will lead the development of internal communication channels to ensure a smooth flow of communication to office and non-office employees. In addition, you will provide strategic and tactical professional communications consultancy and coaching to business leaders and experts.
As a Communications Partner, you will be expected to:

Enhance and nurture our existing channels, while discovering new, innovative ways and tools to communicate within Finnair, ensuring every unit stays connected. Bringing our communications closer to our non-office employees is at the heart of this role.

Inspire and support the organisation to foster a culture of trust, shared purpose and genuine employee engagement.

Enable organisational and people transformation through well-planned and executed communications strategies and actions.

Develop an understanding of Finnair's strategy and transform it into engaging content.

Support change management through impactful change communication projects.

Coach, support and train leaders in all communication-related matters and help them connect with their teams, spark engagement and build meaningful dialogue.

Plan, edit and write high-quality content for a variety of internal and external channels.

Plan, produce and host live and online events.

Act as a company spokesperson by taking part in regular on-duty responsibilities and media desk duties when needed.

The minimum qualifications that the successful candidate will be expected to meet are:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, preferably with corporate internal communications.

Proven ability to produce high-quality content under pressure.

Excellent digital skills, deep understanding of M365 tools and proven track record of developing internal communication channels.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English.

Proactive, curious and empathetic mindset
