Construction Security Lead

We are looking for a full time Construction Security Lead (CSL) at Avarn Security Oy for a datacenter construction site assignment in Hamina. The working hours will be primarily officehours from Monday to Friday.

Primarily the CSL will be responsible for

- Managing and leading the security team,
- managing safe day-to-day security operations in a construction site and
- building and maintaining excellent relationships with the client and all relevant stakeholders.

- solid communication skills, in spoken and written Finnish and English;
- good team working abilities and
- adaptability in a constantly changing environment.

Being successful in this position will require the ability to withstand pressure, basic knowledge of physical security principles and good interactional and problem solving skills. We also value previous experience in the field of datacenter security and understanding of a high-profile security environment. We also value applicants' ability to work flexible hours.
