As a professional cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking Asian food (Nepalese, Indian, Japanese) according to our recipes and standards, ensuring the highest levels of quality and presentation while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
You will work collaboratively with the team to deliver efficient and delicious meals to our valued guests.
Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients and other food items according to recipes and established standards.
Portion food items accurately to ensure consistency and control food costs.
Cooking and Execution:
Cook food items using various cooking methods.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow recipes accurately and consistently, paying close attention to detail and presentation.
Ensure food quality.
Coordinate with other staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.
Food Safety and Sanitation:
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Store food properly at correct temperatures and follow FIFO (First-In,
First-Out) procedures.
Handle and prepare food in a safe and hygienic manner to prevent contamination.
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces regularly.
Report any food safety concerns or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
Kitchen Operations:
Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and informing supervisors of needed supplies.
Receive and store deliveries of food and supplies as directed.
Assist with dishwashing or other kitchen duties as needed.
Follow established kitchen procedures and protocols.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Presentation:
Plate and garnish dishes attractively according to established presentation guidelines.
Ensure that all food leaving the kitchen meets visual standards.

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in both nepalese and indian cuisine Employment Contract: Permanent Working Hours: Full- Time Working Time: During Day, During Evening, Weekdays, Weekends, Shift Works Wage Principle: Time Rate(according to TES)
