Corporate Responsibility Coordinator

Veikkaus is looking for a proactive and motivated Corporate Responsibility Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a key part in advancing our sustainability agenda, contributing to meaningful projects that support our company's sustainability goals.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and Advancing Corporate Responsibility Initiatives: Collaborate with our team and other units to develop Veikkaus's corporate responsibility activities in line with our sustainability program.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate corporate responsibility projects and related work groups, ensuring smooth execution and transparent progress reporting to stakeholders.
- Data and Analysis: Support our team of experts by producing and analyzing information for various needs and assisting with project management tasks.
- Internal Engagement: Work primarily with internal stakeholders to strengthen and support the understanding and adoption of our corporate responsibility initiatives across the company.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: A relevant university degree or other relevant qualification.
- Relevant Experience: 1-2 years of experience in corporate responsibility/sustainability work or significant internships completed during your studies.
- Proactive and Eager to Learn: You are a self-starter with excellent execution skills, a desire to develop, and a passion for learning new things.
- Strong Collaboration Skills: You possess strong project management and teamwork skills, enabling you to work effectively across different teams and at organizational levels.
- Communication Skills: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English. Proficiency in other languages is considered a plus.
- Adaptability: You have a foundational knowledge of various areas of corporate responsibility and, most importantly, the ability to learn and absorb new information quickly.

The position is located at Veikkaus' headquarters in Pohjois-Haaga, Helsinki. We work flexibly in a hybrid model with three on-site days per week.
