We are now looking for a Damper Technician to strengthen our Workshop team.
As a Damper Technician at TGR WRT, you work with automotive suspension systems. Your role focuses on hands-on damper assembly, maintenance, and mechanical tasks. In this role, you will assemble, tear down, and service rally car dampers. Previous experience in these tasks is considered an advantage.
We value a precise and motivated work attitude. Strong teamwork skills are also essential and highly appreciated as in this role you will be collaborating with various departments. We wish that you are able to communicate and express yourself in English, however native-level proficiency is not required. As a Damper Technician, you will be working in our Jyskä workshop and in the test and rallies, which is why we would like you to be willing and enthusiastic to travel.
Who we are looking for
- Experience and skills of damper assembly (preferably 2 years or more)
- Handicraft skills
- Good technical knowledge of car parts
- Basic English communication skills
- Good teamwork skills and cooperative attitude
- Willingness to travel
