Pinnacle Sales Solution Oy provide professional fundraising services, B2C and B2B marketing and sales solutions, and fundraising training and coaching to third parties.
We are now hiring seasoned fundraisers for Uusimaa (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and nearby cities and town), Greater Tampere and nearby cities and towns, Kuopio and nearby cities and towns, and Turku and nearby cities and towns.
Key responsibilities and qualifications:
Fundraising Activities: Engaging with potential individual donors publicly or privately, recruiting monthly donors, representing the organization and project professionally.
Target Achievement: Meeting fundraising targets and recruiting quality monthly donors to ensure sustainable funding.
Professionalism: Maintaining high standards of integrity and conduct as a fundraiser, and adhering to the organization's values at all times.
Communication Skills: Building and maintaining positive relationships through communication (verbal, non-verbal) with potential donors .
Training and Support: Participating in training sessions and receiving support from team leaders to achieve fundraising goals.
Team player: Actively engaging with team members for inspiration and support.
Working days and hours:
Monday-Friday, 4-6 hours per shift (morning shift 09:00-14:30, evening shift 14:30-20:00)
Saturday and Sunday (if needed), morning shift 09:00-14:30, evening shift 14:30-20:00
Hourly wage: 13,5€+ commissions, OR
100% Commission based: 52,5€-175€
