We are looking for you - Global Service Purchaser

At Clevry, we are now looking a Global Service Purchaser for our client in Iisalmi. This is a full-time, 3 month fixed-term contract until Feb 28th 2026, with the possible continuation decided later based on the workload. You will be employed by Clevry. The role will start as soon as possible.

This role follows a hybrid work model. While remote work is possible, the main workplace is Iisalmi and certain days in the office are required.

As a Global Service Purchaser, you will be responsible for different stages of the spare parts supply chain - from purchasing materials and working with suppliers to handling invoices and resolving possible non-conformances. The role focuses helping the team during peak periods and includes daily purchasing tasks, monitoring deliveries, and close cooperation with suppliers, the sales team, and internal stakeholders.

You will join an international team, where English is the working language and team spirit is highly valued. Onboarding is carried out on-site with the support of your manager and colleagues.

What we expect

- A relevant educational background (e.g. business, BBA, engineering)

- Experience in purchasing, logistics, warehouse operations, or technical trade

- Understanding of purchasing and supply chains, with a genuine interest in procurement

- Excellent command of English (Finnish is an advantage)

- Good MS Office skills (Excel is required; Power BI and D365 are an advantage)

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
