What you will do
During your time in the graduate program, you will embark on an exciting program which offers you the opportunity to learn more about the different facets of digital development at Specialty Papers and UPM. Through three distinct program phases, one of which is abroad, you will also gain insights into other areas of UPM's organization. Overall, our Graduate Program aims to strengthen your professional and personal competencies. In addition, you will have the change to develop your business network.
Your tasks may include:

Learn about the Specialty Papers business processes and business solutions

Provide end-user support in the areas of supply chain and mill operations

Contribute to global solution development projects

Facilitate end-users training and process development workshops

Support the project team in potential AI projects

Carry out citizen development projects
Who you are
-
You have a suitable degree in, for example, information technology, data science, supply chain management or operation management

You are results-oriented and self-motivated

You are enthusiastic about Digi, Data, AI and business process development

You have good communication skills, ability to work individually and within an international team

You have solid knowledge in one or more of the following areas: information technology, computer science, data science, or business domains such as commercial operations, supply chain, production, and maintenance.

You are interested in learning about ERP/ CRM solutions, Microsoft Azure

You are fluent in English and preferably also in Finnish
