We are looking for a Group HR Development Manager to drive the development and continuous improvement of Group level HR processes, data and systems in close cooperation with local HR organizations.
In this role, you will play a key part in the implementation of a new HCM system, acting as the project manager during implementation and later as the system owner and key user. You will support the development of HR operations across the Group and be responsible for HR data, reporting, analytics, and the digitalization and automation of HR processes.
The role can be performed from any of our locations in Finland or the Baltic countries.
You will report to the Group Chief Human Resources and Communications Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and harmonize Group HR processes together with local HR teams
- Manage the implementation project of a new HCM system and act as a Global Key user for the system
- Own and continuously develop the HR system, ensuring usability and functionality
- Develop Group level HR data, reporting and analytics
- Promote digitalization, automation and best practices across the Group
- Ensure compliance with business needs, regulatory requirements and local legislation
Your Profile
- Relevant university degree
- Proven experience in HR/HCM system implementations and project management
- Strong understanding of HR processes, HR data and reporting
- Ability to work in a multi-company, international environment
- Analytical, development-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Fluent English
