Your role
Would you like to play a key role in Orion's digitalisation, globalisation and in ensuring that technology investments and operations align with organisational goals? We are looking for a Head of CIO Office to serve as a close partner to the CIO, to own the IT operating model and to oversee IT governance and strategy.
Responsibilities
As Head of the CIO Office, your responsibility is:

to lead the definition, development and operationalization of the long-term IT strategy in alignment with business objectives

to ensure an efficient and effective IT operating model that enables the use of information, technology, and IT services globally

clear governance framework and discipline, effective guidelines, and controls to ensure the compliance, security and business continuity
-
Definition, monitoring, and reporting of performance metrics
-
Development of the supplier and partner ecosystem and strategic IT vendor management
The role is based in Espoo or Turku and reports to CIO.

What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you'll have:

Strong experience in leading global IT operating models, service management, and/or CIO office

Ability to operate at a strategic level and systematically drive execution into practice

Experience in organisational change management

Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements

Strong interaction and influencing skills, and the ability to services and operating models
