Head of Growth & Sales, Veikkaus LLB
Shape the commercial growth of iconic Finnish brands for millions of players during a once-in-a-generation market shift. Lead sales performance and full-funnel digital growth - owning the roadmap, commercial levers, and the experimentation engine that scales.
In this role, you will drive sales performance across digital and omnichannel touchpoints, strengthen funnel efficiency, lead digital marketing (including automation and AI-assisted optimisation), and embed a disciplined test-and-learn culture. You will create clarity in complexity and align cross-functional teams - Product, Brand, CRM, Analytics, Retail - around shared outcomes.
What success looks like after 12 months
- Clear, measurable uplift in sales performance across Lotto, Eurojackpot and key categories.
- Improved digital marketing ROI driven by smarter targeting, creative testing and automation/AI.
- A repeatable experimentation model embedded in weekly execution and planning.
- A unified set of funnel metrics, reporting rhythms and decision frameworks used across teams.
You will thrive in this position if you have:
- 6+ years in sales leadership, digital sales, growth, performance marketing or commercial development, with proven results.
- A strong understanding of sales performance drivers, funnel efficiency and commercial levers.
- Expertise in digital marketing optimisation (audiences, channels, creative, ROI).
- Experience designing and improving end-to-end customer journeys and omnichannel sales flows.
- Fluency with modern analytics and marketing stacks such as GA4, Adobe, Smartly, Supermetrics, Power BI.
- Experience applying automation and AI to improve performance or workflows.
- A clear, decisive leadership style that brings focus, momentum, and high standards.
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English.

The position is located at Veikkaus' headquarters in Pohjois-Haaga, Helsinki. We work in a hybrid model with three on-site days per week, at least one of which is a Monday or Friday.
