In this role, you play a key part in ensuring our guests can enjoy clean, comfortable, and welcoming rooms every day.
As a Housekeeping Shift Manager, you support and guide the team in daily operations, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, according to given instructions, and in line with our quality standards.
The role requires strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. You'll be leading by example while actively working alongside the team in daily operations.
We hope you have previous experience working in a supervisory role; however, a strong background in the cleaning industry and a willingness to learn will also give you an excellent opportunity to succeed in this role. You will be supported by our Housekeeping Manager.

Our hotel is located on top of a stunning fell, where weather conditions can change quickly. Our rooms are in separate buildings, so the job requires moving outdoors in all weather conditions. Even during busy winter days, there is always room for fun - the team truly makes the difference.

A category B driving license is required, as the job involves moving around the property by car.
What we are looking for:
A detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeping Shift Manager with a strong background in the cleaning industry.
- A proactive and efficient approach to leading daily operations by example
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining consistently quality standards
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services
- Previous experience working as a supervisor will be considered an advantage
- Experience using the Mews hotel system is considered an advantage
- Good English and Finnish language skills
- A valid category B driving license
