We are now looking for an HR Specialist, for a fixed-term substitution, to strengthen our HR department in Jyväskylä Finland.
As an HR Specialist at TGR-WRT, you will be working as part of a 5-person team with diverse responsibilities, such as:
- Taking care of yearly HR processes assigned to you
- Drafting and taking care of variety of contracts
- Taking care of different projects and relations with cooperation partners
- Prepare monthly reports utilizing HR systems and Excel
- Ensuring smooth operation of our HR systems

Who we are looking for
We are looking for HR data driven person who enjoys the core and operational side of HR work and is also passionate about utilizing data to develop HR solutions and future processes. You work fluently with Excel and enjoy using logical thinking.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, with the ability to manage their workload efficiently while keeping track of ongoing processes, ensuring that all outputs are both accurate and presentation-ready. You will be expected to create clear, well-structured materials and communicate complex information with precision and clarity.
To be successful in this role, you should have a relevant educational background and at least a few years of experience in similar HR positions. Prior experience working with labor laws and employment matters is required. Fluency in both Finnish and English, both spoken and written, is very essential, as our company language is English.
