N-Clean on menestynyt HUMAN POWER -kilpailussa useana vuonna, mikä kertoo pitkäjänteisestä työstämme ihmisläheisen ja vastuullisen työelämän kehittämiseksi. Työtehtävät

🧹 Siivooja (toimitilakohteet tai laiva)

Siivoojana huolehdit asiakkaidemme toimitilojen viihtyisyydestä ja puhtaudesta. Vastaat laadusta sekä asiakastyytyväisyydestä omalla työnjäljelläsi. Työskentelykohteesi voi olla esimerkiksi myymälä, toimisto, hoivakoti, koulu, kauppakeskus jne.

Työ voidaan toteuttaa kokonaisuudessaan yhdessä kohteessa tai sinulla voi olla useampi eri siivouskohde päivän aikana. Työ sijoittuu arki- ja viikonloppupäiviin, ja työvuorot vaihtelevat kohteiden mukaan - vuoroja voi olla varhaisaamuisin, aamulla, päivällä tai iltaisin, laivalla työskennellessä vuorot sijoittuvat tunnin mittaisiin iltavuoroihin. Osa kohteista sijaitsee eri puolilla Tamperetta, joten ajokortti ja oman auton käyttömahdollisuus ovat eduksi.

Tehtävässä pääset tekemään näkyvää ja merkityksellistä työtä, jolla on suora vaikutus asiakkaiden arkeen ja viihtyvyyteen. Työ on vaihtelevaa, itsenäistä ja vastuullista, mutta et ole yksin - saat työsuhteen alussa kattavan perehdytyksen sekä tarvittaessa tukea koko työsuhteen ajan. Työpäiväsi etenee ennalta suunnitellun työlistan mukaisesti, ja vastaat omalta osaltasi työn sujuvuudesta. Työssä korostuvat oman työn suunnittelu, oma-aloitteinen työote, tehokas työskentely sekä sovittujen aikataulujen noudattaminen. Työn huolellinen toteuttaminen laatu- ja turvallisuusohjeiden mukaisesti sekä asiakaspalveluhenkinen ja ystävällinen käytös ovat olennainen osa arkea. Nautit itsenäisestä työskentelystä, ongelmanratkaisusta ja vastuun ottamisesta.

Työtehtäviäsi voivat olla:

• lattioiden imurointi, moppaus tai erillaisten siivouskoneiden käyttö

• saniteetti- ja keittiö/taukotilojen puhtaanapito

• tasojen ja muiden pintojen puhtaanapito

• muut perussiivoustehtävät kuten esim. ikkunoidenpesu

• laivalla työskennellessä lisäksi hyttien siivous satamassa olo aikana

🏨 Kerroshoitaja (hotellikohteet)

Kerroshoitajana vastaat hotellihuoneiden siisteydestä ja viihtyvyydestä. Työlläsi vastaat korkeasta laadusta ja vaikutat suoraan asiakastyytyväisyyteen omalla huolellisella työnjäljelläsi.

Työskentelet alueesi hotellikohteissa, työpäivät sijoittuvat arki- sekä viikonloppupäiviin, pääasiassa aamuvuoroihin.

Tehtävässä pääset tekemään näkyvää ja merkityksellistä työtä, jolla on suora vaikutus hotelliasiakkaiden arkeen ja viihtyvyyteen, olet merkittävä osa hotellin onnistunutta asiakaskokemusta. Työpäiväsi etenee ennalta suunnitellun työlistan mukaisesti, ja vastaat omalta osaltasi työn sujuvuudesta, vaikka lopulta onnistumisen edellytyksenä on tiimityö! Työssä korostuvat oman työn suunnittelu, oma-aloitteinen työote, tehokas työskentely sekä sovittujen aikataulujen noudattaminen. Työn huolellinen toteuttaminen laatu- ja turvallisuusohjeiden mukaisesti sekä asiakaspalveluhenkinen ja ystävällinen käytös ovat olennainen osa arkea. Nautit hektisestä työympäristöstä ja asiakaspalvelutyöstä sekä toimit sujuvasti muuttuvissa tilanteissa.

Työtehtäviisi kuuluvat:

• hotellihuoneiden siivous eli liinavaatteiden vaihto ja upeiden petauksien tekeminen, saniteettitilojen siivous, erilaisten lattiapintojen puhdistus, tasojen pyyhintä sekä hotellivarusteluiden täyttäminen

• yleistentilojen ja/tai kokoustilojen siivous

• erilaiset lisätyöt esim. ikkunoidenpesu

• mahdollisuutenasi on päästä myös auttamaan hotellin sydämeen eli keittiöön aamiaisapuna sekä ilahduttamaan hotellin pienimpiä asiakkaita maskottina toimiessasi

Mitä tarjoamme sinulle?

• Määräaikaisen työsuhteen osa-aikaisin tai kokoaikaisin (5-37,5 tuntia/viikko) sopimustunnein huhti-elokuun aikana

Job tasks

🧹 Cleaner (premises sites or ship)

As a Cleaner you take care of the comfort and cleanliness of our customers' premises. You are responsible for quality and customer satisfaction through your own work results. Your workplace can be, for example, a shop, office, care home, school, shopping center etc.

The work can be carried out entirely at one site or you may have several different cleaning sites during the day. Work takes place on weekdays and weekends, and shifts vary depending on the sites - shifts may be early in the morning, in the morning, during the day or in the evenings. When working on a ship, shifts are one-hour evening shifts. Some sites are located in different parts of Tampere, so a driver's license and the possibility to use your own car are an advantage.

In this role you get to do visible and meaningful work that has a direct impact on customers' everyday life and comfort. The work is varied, independent and responsible, but you are not alone - you will receive comprehensive orientation at the beginning of the employment and support whenever needed throughout the employment. Your workday proceeds according to a pre-planned work list, and you are responsible for your part of the smooth flow of work. The role emphasizes planning your own work, a proactive working style, efficient working and following agreed schedules. Careful execution of work according to quality and safety instructions as well as a service-minded and friendly attitude are an essential part of everyday work. You enjoy working independently, solving problems and taking responsibility.

Your tasks may include:

• vacuuming floors, mopping or using different cleaning machines

• cleaning and maintaining sanitation areas and kitchen/break rooms

• cleaning surfaces and other areas

• other basic cleaning tasks such as window cleaning

• when working on a ship, also cleaning cabins while the ship is in port

🏨 Housekeeper (hotel sites)

As a Housekeeper you are responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of hotel rooms. Through your work you are responsible for high quality and directly influence customer satisfaction with your careful work results.

You will work in hotel sites in your area. Workdays take place on weekdays and weekends, mainly morning shifts.

In this role you get to do visible and meaningful work that has a direct impact on hotel customers' everyday experience and comfort. You are an important part of the hotel's successful customer experience. Your workday proceeds according to a pre-planned work list, and you are responsible for your part of the smooth flow of work, although success ultimately depends on teamwork. The role emphasizes planning your own work, a proactive working style, efficient working and following agreed schedules. Careful execution of work according to quality and safety instructions as well as a service-minded and friendly attitude are an essential part of everyday work. You enjoy a hectic work environment and customer service work and operate smoothly in changing situations.

Your tasks include:

• cleaning hotel rooms including changing linens and making beds, cleaning sanitation facilities, cleaning different floor surfaces, wiping surfaces and replenishing hotel supplies

• cleaning common areas and/or meeting rooms

• various additional tasks such as window cleaning

• you may also have the opportunity to help in the heart of the hotel - the kitchen - as breakfast assistance and delight the hotel's youngest customers by acting as a mascot

What we offer you

• A fixed-term employment contract with part-time or full-time hours (5-37.5 hours/week) between April and August

• Varying working hours

• Careful orientation through our renewed Onboarding path and at N-Clean Academy. We do not require previous experience in the field, although it may speed up your start
