🍗 We are looking for a Chef / Head Chef for our new "Endless Chikin" Street Food Buffet! 🍗
Are you a master of Korean cuisine, or is deep-frying simply in your blood? Do you love creating flavors that keep customers coming back for more?
We are launching a brand-new restaurant concept, Endless Chikin, bringing authentic Korean Fried Chicken and street food culture to everyone – buffet style! We offer our customers an endless selection of crispy, juicy, and addictively delicious chicken. Now, we are looking for a passionate chef to be the heart of our kitchen team.
What will you do?
• Take charge of our buffet's main attraction: develop and prepare 8–10 different mouth-watering fried chicken options daily (e.g., classic Yangnyeom, Soy Garlic, Snow Cheese, Spicy Gochujang, etc.).
• Plan and prepare Korean side dishes and other hot street food items (e.g., Tteokbokki, Japchae, Korean fried rice, and various Banchan pickles).
• Ensure the exceptional quality, visual presentation, and constant availability of the buffet in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a direct impact on the restaurant's recipes and ongoing menu development.
What do we expect from you?
• Previous experience in Korean cuisine OR solid culinary expertise in deep-frying and creating various glazes and sauces.
• A true passion for Asian flavor profiles and an understanding of high-quality ingredients.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle pressure – maintaining a high-quality buffet requires great situational awareness and speed.
• A valid Hygiene Passport (Hygieniapassi) and fluent teamwork skills. (English is our working language in the kitchen).
