The position can be located in Helsinki or Stockholm, or in one of the Stora Enso mill sites in Finland or Sweden.

As Manager, Data & Digital, your responsibilities include
- Developing AI and data analytics capabilities
- Managing energy reporting and insights
- Administering systems related to energy (e.g. EMS)
- Driving digital tools and data integration
Who are we looking for?
In order to be successful in this role we expect you to have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Relevant experience in the field of data science, IT-systems and AI
- Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills
- Flexibility, initiative and the ability to be a process owner
- Established professional network and/or strong networking capabilities
- Capability to utilize data and develop AI-powered tools
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory; Finnish or Swedish is a benefit
