This position can be located in our office in Tampere, Vantaa, Ulvila or Raisio.
Your responsibilities
- You will lead and manage a team of engineers
- You will oversee project execution, ensuring timely, high-quality, and competitive engineering outputs.
- You will collaborate closely with sales, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning teams.
- You will drive continuous development of engineering practices
- You will build strong networks with global engineering to secure competent resources when workload demands.
Expectations for you
- You have an M.Sc in Engineering and at least 10 years of engineering experience.
- You have team leading experience in global company
- You bring broad expertise in equipment engineering practices and understand our business models and ways of working.
- You have strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- You excel at prioritizing tasks under pressure
- You are willing to travel occasionally
- You have fluent written and verbal Finnish and English skills
