Your responsibilities

Expectations for you

You have proven experience in a supervisory role in a production environment

You have solid understanding of heavy industry operations and manufacturing processes (especially welding-based manufacturing)

You have hands-on experience leading shop floor operations and teams

You are familiar with manufacturing standards such as PED, ASME, ISO or GB

You are development-oriented and motivated to improve ways of working. Experience with LEAN or continuous improvement methods is considered an advantage
