Marketing Trainee (up to 6 months), Beneq

Beneq is searching for a motivated Marketing Trainee to assist the marketing team for up to six months; this role is intended for students completing a mandatory internship. This is a hands-on role offering real exposure to B2B marketing communications and events within a dynamic, international environment. The Trainee will work alongside the Event and Communications Lead, providing additional bandwidth to the team and supporting the delivery of ongoing marketing activities. The Lead retains ownership of the function, with the Trainee contributing support across key areas.
The role

Supporting the coordination and logistics of trade show exhibitions and sponsorships.

Assisting in the scheduling and publishing of digital, social, and website content based on the marketing calendar.

Helping to coordinate content releases, including newsletters, stories, and event announcements.

Supporting the maintenance of brand assets, merchandise, and printed materials.

Assisting with updates to the marketing contact database in HubSpot CRM.

Contributing to the documentation of project files and progress using project management tools such as Monday.com.

Supporting campaign monitoring and reporting against predefined metrics.

Key skills and experience:

Familiarity with WordPress and Figma for content and design support.

Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or Slack.

Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.

Strong written and spoken English. Finnish language skills are an asset.

Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both internal teams and external contacts.

Previous experience in a B2B marketing role within a manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
