We're in the search for our next generation of junior advisors - our 8th Next Generation Performers program is kicking off in October 2024! Next Generation Performers - or NGP as we say it - is our take on a graduate program: you get to learn and improve some important technology and consulting skills while working in customer assignments.
Our NGP program gives you the keys to succeed in digital transformation field. We offer you training and mentoring alongside hands-on customer work. You'll be mentored about business technology and consultancy skills, like transformations, technology, facilitation or presentation skills. You'll learn from our best professionals, but we also want you to teach us: we welcome the ability to challenge us with new ideas. You'll also become a certified Business Technology Management Professional with our Academy.

What will your work include?
Digital transformation is no longer a choice for organizations, it's a must - and that's where we step into the game: we help our customers to succeed with business technology. Digital transformation is not about excel reports or using Teams - it's about making sure the company is future-proofed with technology that supports business. Working with us means you will be working at that crossroads between business and technology - it might be anything between designing, implementing, integrating, running or developing business-aligned technology (read more about business technology in the Business Technology Standard).
In practice, your work might include e.g.
- Project and Program Management
- Data analytics and Cloud solutions
- Working with world-class platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle or SAP
- Business Transformations
- Digitalization in the Public Sector
Or something completely else. You'll get to influence the direction where your career will take you; passionate ones always find their place with us. Make sure you write down what you're passionate about.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for diverse talents. We value the following, but we don't expect you to tick all the boxes. You're potentially:
- a creative problem-solver with entrepreneur mindset
- open to new challenges and posses a daring and caring attitude
- having great interaction skills both in Finnish and in English to help you effectively work with our customers
- enthusiastic about business and technology - and learning more about combining them
You might be a recent graduate, graduating soon, or you might already have some work experience. Any experience in change projects and/or ServiceNow, Salesforce or SAP is considered as an advantage. Your field of study doesn't play a role - it's the attitude that matters.

We offer you a growth journey with a competitive salary, which consists of a fixed monthly salary and a percentage of your customer work. For NGP program, the average salary is usually between 3300-4000 euros per month.

We're pleased to announce that our Espoo office is relocating from Otaniemi to a new office space in Ruoholahti, Helsinki, effective September 2024. We are looking for people to join our new office in Helsinki. The positions are permanent and full-time.
