We are looking for a Product and Brand Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Sipoo, working with both local and imported dairy products across categories. In this role, you will be part of our cheese team, focusing on cheese‑related products and brands, while also contributing to product data, packaging and regulatory work across Arla's full product portfolio.
The position is full‑time and fixed-term for one year.
As a Product & Brand Coordinator
In this role, you will combine product coordination and brand execution responsibilities. You will coordinate key product projects for the Cheese & BSM (butter, spreads and margarine) categories and support local and global teams with brand plans and packaging update. At the same time, you'll handle product, packaging and regulatory tasks across all Arla categories ensuring accurate packaging texts, compliant labelling and high‑quality product data.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain a broad understanding of the food business while developing your skills in both cross‑category product coordination and cheese brand work.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end product projects for the Cheese & BSM categories.
- Maintain and update packaging texts, label reviews and artwork across all product categories, ensuring full packaging compliance with local and EU regulations.
- Maintain and update product data across internal and external systems.
- Provide local food regulatory support for labelling, marketing communication and authority‑related tasks.
- Represent Arla Finland in regulatory forums and share key updates internally.
- Collaborate with global QEHS on locally required actions (e.g., complaints, recalls, organic product management).
- Localize and execute brand activation and media plans for international cheese brands in close collaboration with global teams, local Cheese & BSM stakeholders, and external agencies
You'll be a great fit for this role if you have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree for example in Food Science or Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in similar role
- Passion and curiosity for product data management
- Practical knowledge of food legislation, such as familiarity with packaging labelling legislation
- Genuine interest in learning brand building and developing your skills in brand‑related work
- A thorough, proactive working style with a strong attention to details
- Confidence in using MS Office and the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Good organizational and project management skills.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Finnish and English

Pay range 3400-3900/month. Salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, skills and final responsibilities.
