PRODUCT MANAGER, TUBES & DEFENSE

As our Product Manager for Tubes & Defense, youll be at the forefront of strategic growth, spearheading the development and management of high-performance products in a crucial market segment. Youll champion our product line, both inside and outside the company, ensuring it stands out for technical excellence, competitive edge, and commercial success. Collaborate with talented colleagues in Sales, Application Engineering, and Operations to turn challenges into opportunities for scalable, market-leading solutions. The preferred locations for this position are business units in Finland or other business unit locations across Europe. This influential role reports directly to the Director of Product Management, Engineered Solutions Business Unit, and offers regular customer engagement and participation in major industry events.
What youll do
Drive market leadership: Stay ahead of market trends, build meaningful relationships with customers, and closely monitor competitor activity through direct engagement and industry events.
Shape strategy & innovation: Define and execute a compelling product vision aligned with business goals, prioritizing initiatives based on ROI and market needs.
Deliver technical excellence: Partner with Engineering to ensure our portfolio meets industrial standards and drives innovation from concept to launch.
Lead cross-functional success: Inspire effective teamwork with application engineering, technical sales, manufacturing, and more to achieve optimum product performance and profitability.
Champion lifecycle performance: Guide products from inception to retirement, focusing on reliability, customer satisfaction, and robust profitability through data-driven insights.
What you bring
Masters or bachelors degree in engineering or a related field, with 3-7 years experience in product management or technical leadership.
Proven record in developing products, engaging customers, and leading cross-functional teams.
Exceptional strategic, analytical, and leadership abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong grasp of industrial systems, manufacturing processes, and supply chain dynamics.
Expertise in business case development, pricing strategies, and delivering results that make a real impact.
