Production Chemist

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated LCMS Specialist to join our analytical sciences team. This is a competitive role suited for a technically skilled professional with hands-on experience in Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LCMS) who thrives in a regulated laboratory environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in development & testing and production & validation of In Vitro diagnostic (IVD) kits as per QMS and IVDR requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot LCMSMS instrumentation for qualitative and quantitative analysis. Experience in Waters, Shimadzu, AB Sciex LCMSMS platforms preferred.
Validate analytical methods in accordance with GLP, GMP requirements.
Experience in handling of biological samples such as Blood, Plasma, Serum, Urine & Saliva, etc.,
Perform routine and non-routine sample analysis with high accuracy and precision.
Interpret analytical data, prepare technical reports and documentation.
Support method development & transfer activities and work on cross-functional projects.
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines as per QMS and IVDR.
Conduct instrument calibration, performance checks and preventive maintenance.
Participate in laboratory audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with QA, RA, R&D and production teams to resolve analytical issues.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related scientific field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with LCMSMS systems.
Strong knowledge of chromatographic separation and mass spectrometry principles.
Familiarity with LCMS acquisition software
Understanding of GLP, GMP and ISO standards is an advantage
Excellent documentation and technical writing skills
