We are looking for a new Team Lead for a fundraising project to work for our partner! As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing the fundraising operations as well as ensuring that the team meets its targets. As a requirement for the role, we are looking for someone with experience in fundraising and/or sales. The role will come with a base salary and a great bonus-system!
Responsibilities:
- Development of fundraising client account
- Growing, training and developing a fundraising team
- Profit responsibility for acquiring monthly donors
- Work shift planning and coordination
