Retail Systems Technical Coordinator

As Rosemart Oy expands to a multi-location retail model, we are seeking a Retail Systems Technical Coordinator to manage our digital infrastructure and international supply chain data. This is a skilled technical role responsible for the synchronization of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems across multiple branches and the management of high frequency logistical data between our Finnish operations and Philippine suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software environments across all store locations to ensure 100% data uptime.
Database Administration: Manage cloud-based inventory databases; perform regular data audits to ensure real-time stock synchronization between international procurement and local retail interfaces.
Logistical Systems Coordination: Act as the primary technical liaison for the international supply chains, managing digital shipping manifests and procurement documentation.
Network Support: Oversee local network security, encrypted payment gateways, and troubleshoot connectivity issues to protect consumer data.
Digital Workflow Optimization: Create and implement technical documentation and digital media workflows for product onboarding.

Mandatory Requirements: (Selection Criteria)
Linguistic Expertise: Native-level fluency in Tagalog and Bisaya is strictly mandatory. The role requires daily coordination with Philippine-based logistics providers and suppliers where these languages are the primary medium for technical and contractual data exchange.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in Retail Database Management and POS system administration.
Functional understanding of the Philippine-European supply chain and international shipping logistics.

Language Skills:
Tagalog and Bisaya is a must have.
English: Professional working proficiency (for system documentation).
Finnish: Basic/Beginner (A1 level) for local coordination.

Education & Experience:
Education: Vocational training or equivalent demonstrated professional competence. Formal university degrees are not required; we prioritize hands-on technical experience and specific linguistic & logistical mastery.
Experience: Previous experience in IT, technical support, systems coordination, or specialized retail logistics.
