About the Role
The Senior Field Sales Representative plays a key role in Uber's growth. You will act as Uber's eyes and ears in the market, ensuring that supply meets demand. This involves proactive outreach through calls and market visits to present Uber's value proposition to prospective drivers.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the voice of the customer, capturing insights at every opportunity
- Host information sessions for current and prospective Uber drivers
- Participate in outbound call campaigns to new or potential drivers
- Understand drivers' needs and position Uber as the solution
- Support drivers through the sign-up process and ensure they are ready to start driving quickly
- Manage strategic partnerships with third parties (Fleet Partners, Heroes, local suppliers)
- Work on continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency across multiple countries
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior Field Sales Representatives
What You'll Need
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer support, or a client-facing role
- Highly self-motivated and autonomous - able to set goals and find efficient ways to achieve them
- Action-oriented and solutions-driven
- A people person - you enjoy engaging with others and inspiring them
- Adaptable and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (minimum B1) and the local finnish language

This position is project based (6 months, extension to be reviewed near the end of employment), full-time and the employment relationship will be concluded with Adecco.
