We are looking for a Serial Line Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Serial Line Supervisor to join our production team. This is a key leadership role where youll oversee daily operations, ensure quality and safety standards, and drive efficiency and productivity across the line. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy leading teams toward excellence, wed love to hear from you.

We are looking for a person with a degree in Engineering and/or adequate experience in leading a production team. Fluent in Swedish, with the ability to communicate in English and Finnish.

- Suitable engineering degree or equivalent working experience

- Knowledge of serial product manufacturing, standardization, assembly processes and safety standards

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to work with a strategic and proactive approach

- Fluent in Swedish, with the ability to communicate in English and Finnish

- Proven supervisory experience in production (boatbuilding, automotive or similar)

- Proficiency in Office 365, with Planero, Pro24 and SAP beneficial
