Your role
Orion is seeking an experienced Solution Lead, Order to Cash to join our SAP Center of Excellence team. In this permanent role, you will own Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions and develop processes across our SAP landscape, with a strong focus on sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, customer integration, and end-to-end business process performance.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, key users, and partners to ensure that our solutions support business needs, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement. You proactively follow the latest technology trends and stay informed on SAP innovations, including AI-driven use cases and their business impact.
This on-site position is based in Espoo or Turku, Finland, and follows Orion's hybrid working model. This position does not include relocation support.
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in SAP Order- to- Cash processes and solution design, especially within SAP SD and related integrations. In the logistics domain, the end-to-end solution covers delivery and outbound logistics, as well as transportation planning and execution. This requires close collaboration with other solution teams in global logistics and supplychain area, including Integrated Planning, Warehousing, Production, and Source-to-Pay.
You will lead the development of scalable and business-aligned solutions across the end-to-end Order to Cash area, drive process harmonization and continuous improvement, and ensure close collaboration between business and IT. You will also support projects, enhancements, and operational stability while guiding design decisions and promoting SAP best practices. You will be responsible for owning SAP upgrades and implementing the technology roadmap within your area.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP O2C solutions across sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and customer master related topics
- Owning SAP upgrades and implementing the technology roadmap within your area
- Acting as a trusted advisor for the business in O2C related process and solution matters, owning the solution roadmap and long-term development direction
- Working closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and compliant SAP solutions
- Ensuring effective integration with related process areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Planning, Warehouse, and Master Data
- Supporting project deliveries, enhancements, and incident resolution in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Staying up to date with SAP S/4HANA and O2C best practices, and identifying opportunities to improve solutions and ways of working

What are we looking for?
- Several years of experience in SAP O2C processes and solution design, especially within SAP SD
- Strong hands-on understanding of end-to-end O2C processes, including sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, and customer-related master data
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA and understanding of related integrations with Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and other connected solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable solution designs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams, functions, and external partners
- Experience in SAP upgrade projects, change requests, testing, and continuous improvement activities
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proactive and structured way of working, with ownership mindset and ability to lead topics independently
