We are looking for summer trainees to join our Customer Service team in Business Area Foodservice and Liquid Board. The positions are based at our Imatra Mills. The duration of employment is 3-5 months.
About the role
In our Customer Service team, we have two different summer trainee positions: Customer Service Specialist and Supply Chain Coordinator. In both roles, you work as a key link between customers and internal stakeholders, you will take ownership of the entire order lifecycle - from initial entry to final delivery - while proactively managing exceptions and deviations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate order data, coordinating material flows, and ensuring timely deliveries. You will work closely with stakeholders across sales, logistics, production planning, and supply chain to resolve complex cases and optimize processes.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer orders from entry to delivery, including amendments and updates through order lifecycle
- Manage exception flows and deviations during the order fulfillment process
- Plan and follow up on deliveries, ensuring timely execution
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information flow
- Maintain product knowledge to provide solutions to meet customer needs
- Proactive stock management
- Problem-solving and process support utilizing modern tools e.g. Celonis and Salesforce
About you
- Enrolled in or recently completed a university degree in a relevant field e.g. Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Logistics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while managing multiple priorities with quality
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Proactive and ready to take personal ownership of work performance
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to exchange ideas and information constructively
