We are now looking for a Summer trainee, Customer Service to join our team in Lahti, Finland.

What you will do

You'll join a vibrant, multinational customer service team that supports customers across the globe. Every day brings something new - managing orders, booking shipments, and finding solutions to customer inquiries. You won't need to be an expert from day one; what matters most is your curiosity and eagerness to learn. Our experienced team will be right there to guide and support you whenever needed. This summer, you'll dive into diverse, hands-on tasks that help you grow professionally and personally. At UPM Plywood, we're ready to give you the modern tools, knowledge, and encouragement to make your journey a success.

Who you are

You have a business-oriented educational background or are currently pursuing studies in this field. A Bachelor's degree or similar qualification is an advantage, as is any previous experience in customer service. What truly matters is your mindset: you're positive, reliable, and driven to achieve goals. Strong communication skills in English are essential, and any additional language skills will be considered a valuable asset.

We will onboard you to your tasks, as well as the rules and ways of working in our workplace. From your first day, you are a full member of our working community, and we encourage you to be active, learn, and ask questions about your work.
