About the role

As a Document Management System Solution Specialist, you will be part of the Application Platforms unit and Document Management Platform team. Our Document Management system holds over 500 million documents that must be highly available and maintained according to various business rules and regulations.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the customer experience by developing and maintaining our Document Composition customer communication solutions and outputs within businesscritical insurance systems. You will design and implement a wide range of document templates and customer communication outputs used across the business, ensuring consistent and highquality communication across multiple channels.

You will also work with key customer communication solutions by contributing to the creation and maintenance of composition environments. Your work includes testing and qualityassuring customer communication outputs and related solutions, as well as continuously enhancing and optimizing existing ones.

In addition, you will support our internal stakeholders in their daily work by helping them learn, troubleshoot, and improve communication solutions. You will participate in production support and operational activities, such as handling incidents, managing problems, and securing business continuity.

You also have:  

  • Experience in Document Composition products, such as Metaforce Metatool or equivalent 

  • Strong skills in JScript and JavaScript, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly 

  • A good understanding of document composition systems and how they support customer communication 

  • Knowledge of testing and quality assurance practices 

  • Experience in production support and operational activities 

  • An analytical, thorough, and solutions-oriented working approach 

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills 

  • Experience working with Agile methods and tools such as Azure DevOps 

  • A good/excellent level of English, enabling clear collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across countries 

It is seen as an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience working with insurance or financial services systems 

  • Skills in .NET development 

  • Fluency in the local language
