Tandoori Cook

We are seeking a skilled Tandoori Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will prepare and cook a variety of traditional tandoori dishes, including marinated meats, kebabs, seafood, and breads such as naan and roti. Responsibilities include managing the tandoor oven, monitoring cooking times and temperatures, and ensuring all dishes meet quality, taste, and presentation standards. The Tandoori Cook must follow food safety and hygiene practices, maintain a clean work area, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Indian cuisine and knowledge of spices and marinades are essential.
