As our Trainee, Pricing, you'll become a vital part of our global team in Tampere. In this role, you'll support the heart of our commercial operations, gaining hands-on experience in price setting, market analysis, and pricing data management within an international business environment. You will work closely with Sales Management, Sourcing, and Logistics to ensure our pricing strategies are executed with precision.
The trainee period typically runs from mid-April to the end of August, with a possible opportunity for extension depending on business needs and performance.
What are your key responsibilities:
- Daily Price Management: Execute the day-to-day setting of new prices and manage incoming price requests with accuracy.
- Commercial Support: Apply customer discounts in line with our global pricing strategies and internal policies.
- Data Integrity: Maintain and update pricing data within our systems to ensure seamless business operations.
- Strategic Analysis: Prepare detailed price analyses and performance reports based on business needs and specific instructions.
- Collaborate & Support: Work as an integral part of the team on ad-hoc projects, proactively sharing findings that drive commercial success.

What you bring to the role:
- Educational Background: You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical & Analytical Competencies: You possess a structured, detail-oriented mindset and strong Excel skills. Familiarity with ERP systems is considered a significant asset.
- Proactive Mindset: You bring a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communication: You are fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages are an advantage as you collaborate with our international teams.
