Your role as Visual Content Specialist
We are looking for a talented individual to create engaging stories and produce exceptional video and photographic content aligned with our brand identity. The ideal candidate is creative and experienced in both videography and photography.
As our Visual Content Specialist, you are responsible for video and photo production from idea and planning to shooting, editing and final content delivery. You are part of the internal brand and marketing department and can also work with various other marketing projects and tasks, together with the team.
Your main responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, edit and produce own high-end videos and photos, such as brand and marketing videos, content from boat shows and events, walk-through and training videos of boats, internal communication videos, interviews and similar.
- Utilize and edit videos and photos both from our own and from external photoshoots.
- Structure, rate and manage the video and photo assets making sure the high-quality content is available in the right format to both internal and external partners.
- Be part of marketing development tasks and projects.

What we appreciate and expect from you
- Professional experience in videography and photography, including video and photo production and editing (provide a link to your portfolio)
- An eye for visual details and storytelling
- Experience in using high end gear, such as cinema cameras, drones, gimbals, lights, microphones, and other equipment needed for content creation.
- Expertise in video and photo editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro / Davinci Resolve, Adobe After effects, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
- Experience in graphic design is a plus (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign)
- Good knowledge with all social media channels and an ability to produce the right content for different channels. You work closely with our Social Media Specialists to deliver video and photo material to publish across all social media channels.
- You are entrepreneurial, responsible, and self-driven, with a curiosity to constantly explore and develop in your own area of expertise.
