As the VP, People Experience & Technology Head, you will architect our HR technology transformation, including implementing agentic service delivery, simplifying processes, and enhancing the people experience across Kalmar with a forerunner mindset. This role will lead the new People Experience & Technology team of around 80 employees consisting of four Country HR clusters, HR services and Employment relations, ensuring seamless and efficient end-to-end support for employees and managers by balancing global consistency with local understanding. Reporting to the SVP of HR, you'll hold a strategic seat on the HR Leadership Team.
What are your key responsibilities:

Strategic Transformation & Scalability: Define and implement a comprehensive global HR digital and AI transformation strategy and adoption of innovative technologies. Develop and govern the HR technology landscape and people data architecture, ensuring scalable solutions for a harmonized people and manager experience.

Mindset Shift: Drive change management and organizational adoption for new systems. Drive the cultural transformation within Country HR, moving away from manual "high-touch" habits toward a digital-first, self-service adoption model.

Innovate & Elevate: Lead and develop agile and scalable ways of working which supports experimentation and development of digital HR capabilities in our HR community.

End-to-End Optimization and Insight-driven delivery: Lead the identification of friction points in the employee lifecycle and the implementation of automated solutions to resolve them. Leverage data to provide predictive insights, ensuring HR decisions are backed by robust tech-driven intelligence.

Gateway to HR: Position the People Experience & Technology as the primary, frictionless entry point for all employee and stakeholder inquiries.

Process Harmonization & Collaboration: Standardize HR processes across global regions to ensure an unified people experience, regardless of geography. Collaborate with external partners, our Information Management team, HR CoEs, and other stakeholders.

What you bring to the role:

Education & Experience: You hold a relevant Bachelor's or Master's-level degree with 12+ years of experience in HR Transformation, Shared Services, HR Tech or other similar experience relevant for the role, in a global context with a forerunner mindset.

Tech Savvy: You have a vision of driving agentic HR services and expertise in various HCM systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors or Workday), automation, and AI.

Change Leadership: You have a proven ability to lead digital HR transformation initiatives, design global HR processes from concept to execution, influence leaders, and navigate complex, matrixed environments.

Excellence and Innovation: You demonstrate the ability to balance quality and performance with building the future (innovation), delivering technology solutions for measurable value.

Partner Management: You are highly collaborative, skilled with partner management, business case development, and project portfolio management for digital HR transformation.
