Analytics Developer, Oracle Fusion Cloud
We are looking to strengthen our analytics and cloud capabilities by opening a new position for an Oracle Fusion Analytics Developer. This role is critical for supporting and developing our Fusion Analytics and data platform environment, ensuring high-quality insights, robust data pipelines, and scalable data models across our Oracle Fusion Cloud landscape. The position is permanent and full-time.
The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies, data modelling, and Fusion SaaS modules, contributing directly to the reliability, performance, and evolution of our analytics ecosystem.
You will design, build and maintain in-house reports, dashboards, and analytics using FDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher, including extension of standard Oracle content and development of new custom reports to support operational, regulatory, and management reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Fusion AI Data Platform, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing data pipelines.
- Manage and enhance data models used in Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) and OTBI, ensuring consistent, high-quality reporting capabilities.
- Build and customize subject areas, datasets, and analytical components to support operational and strategic reporting needs.
- Ensure data integrity and alignment across cross-functional business domains.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow and unified reporting logic.
- Maintain a strong focus on documentation, quality, and continuous improvement.
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
- Solid hands-on experience with Fusion AI Data Platform, FAW, OTBI, BIP, and related analytics tools.
- Practical working knowledge of key Fusion SaaS functional modules: Financials (FINA), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), SCM / Procurement, CX Sales.
- Ability to translate business requirements into well-structured analytics solutions.
- Strong commitment to accuracy, reliability, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.

The position is located at Veikkaus' headquarters in Pohjois-Haaga, Helsinki. We work flexibly in a hybrid model with three on-site days per week.
