Introduction
We are seeking an Application Owner, CPQ Platforms, to join our Sales, Service, and Marketing team in Metso IT Applications. This is a temporary position as a parental leave substiture. In this position, you will run day-to-day service management of configure - price - quote (CPQ) softwares (Tacton and Salesforce CPQ-Logik.io), working closely with E-commerce service manager. You will report to the Manager of CRM & Services.
This position is mainly located in Tampere or Espoo, Finland, and we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

What you'll do
- Run day to day service management of CPQ platforms (Tacton and Salesforce CPQ-Logik.io).
- Own application platforms, configurations, environments and interfaces with other systems (Salesforce, ERP's etc.).
- Own upgrades and other platform maintenance activities.Responsible for security and business continuity of CPQ services.
- Play a key role in application lifecycle management and development projects.
- Be a key stakeholder in the SAFEe (Scaled Agile Framework) development process.
Who you are
- Bachelor's or master's degree for example, in Information Technology or Engineering.
- Good understanding of configure - price - quote process in general.
- At least 2 years of work experience with any of the major commercial CPQ applications (as business analyst/administrator/developer/consultant/service desk lead or other similar roles). Candidates with experience of Tacton and/or Salesforce CPQ-Logik.io will have an advantage.
- Good negotiation skills and excellent communication skills in English since you will be working with different stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- We see it as an advantage if you have a good understanding of SAFe, Lean, and Agile ways of working and a strong technology mindset, and you are eager to develop your competence further.
