B2B License and Certification Manager
We are looking for a B2B License and Certification Manager for permanent and full-time employment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing Fennica Gaming's B2B licenses and certifications. You will also ensure operative business compliance and contribute to other operative governance tasks in close collaboration with teams across the Veikkaus Group.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing existing Fennica Gaming B2B licenses and developing B2B license portfolio following company's business development and new market entries. Ensuring compliance with company licenses' obligations and various licenses administration (internal, external). Taking care of renewal and new license applications when required.
- Staying on top of all changes and amendments to relevant regulations impacting Fennica Gaming and its partners' operations. Understanding, monitoring and reviewing all regulatory developments, recognizing areas which need improvements and acknowledging potential vulnerabilities.
- Managing Fennica Gaming certifications. Ensuring compliance with company certifications' obligations and various certifications administration (internal, external). Taking care of audits and renewals when required.
- Participating to RFP and tender processes ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
- Supporting internal staff, partners and customers by providing interpretations of existing or new requirements. Help manage third-party relationships and share best practice with them to facilitate compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
It would be great to hear from you if you have:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a license/compliance function within the gaming sector and experience working in European regulated markets.
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
- An understanding of certifications, compliance assessments, risk management, control and governance. Also understanding of technology, emerging technologies and a desire to learn.
- Ability to work autonomously, quickly and accurately under pressure. Experience in working as part of a team, and confidence to adapt to frequent changes in requirements.
- Excellent collaboration, presentation and negotiation skills. Strong team player.
